Julia Bates

Julia Bates has extensive experience in program management and outdoor education, currently serving as Camp USA Program Manager at InterExchange since May 2014, after progressing through various roles within the organization. Previous experience includes a position as Finance/HR Intern at Do Something, where Julia created compliance systems and assisted with financial processes, and multiple roles at Keystone Camp, where accomplishments included managing accreditation processes, directing outdoor trips, and developing leadership programs for youth. Julia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International and Global Studies from The University of the South and a Master of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from The New School, with additional studies at the University of Cape Town.
