Michael Gates possesses extensive experience in international relations, recruitment, and management within the educational and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as the International Relations Manager and International Recruitment and Placement Manager at InterExchange since April 2008, Michael is responsible for the operational oversight of the Au Pair USA team and the development of relationships with international cooperators. Previous roles include Program Manager, Transitions Coordinator, and Shift Supervisor at Starbucks Coffee Company, where expertise in customer service, staff training, and operations was honed. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Relations from The City College of New York and multiple Bachelor’s degrees from Colorado State University in Liberal Arts, French, German, and International Studies.
