Steve W.

Steve W. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Steve began their career in 2003 at Educate Online, where they started as a Level 2 Technical Support Representative before moving up to Level 3 Technical Support Representative. From there, they became a Logistics Supervisor, responsible for scaling the program and improving margins and service levels. Steve eventually became the Technical Support Manager, reducing labor expenses while improving call metrics.

In 2009, Steve joined Vector Security Networks (formerly Industry Retail Group) as a Network Engineer, designing and supporting managed services solutions and creating standard architecture models. Steve later became the Manager of Network Engineering, overseeing multiple successful PCI audits, and finally the Director of Network Design, responsible for development of products, strategic partnerships, and system and network engineering growth.

Steve then joined Corporate IT Solutions in 2017 as the Director of Sales Engineering, and in 2019, they moved to CISSDM Connect as their VP of Operations. Currently, they are working at Interface Systems as the VP Customer and Solutions Engineering, and recently transitioned to the role of SVP, Operations.

Steve W. attended TESST College of Technology-Baltimore from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Network Information Systems.
