James Pope is a seasoned marketing and operations professional with extensive experience in digital marketing, brand management, and retail strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Digital Marketing & Analytics for Interface, James develops and implements comprehensive digital strategies for the company’s product portfolio. Previously, as General Manager for FLOR, James oversaw full P&L responsibilities across product development, marketing, and operations. James has also held leadership positions at JGP Brand & Retail Strategy, Ballard Designs, and Storehouse, among others, demonstrating a strong track record in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement. James holds an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University and a BA in English Literature from The University of Georgia.
