Ksenia Simonova

Ksenia Simonova currently serves as the Group Human Resources Director at Interfax since February 2019. Prior to this role, Ksenia held several leadership positions in human resources, including Managing Director, HR Transformation/HR Director at Sberbank Technologies from May 2017 to February 2019, and Head of HR at Deutsche Bank Technology Centre from September 2008 to May 2017. Ksenia's experience also includes serving as HR Business Partner at Deutsche Bank and Citigroup, along with a role as Executive Search Consultant at Board Solutions, and HR Partner at РОЛЬФ. Ksenia's educational background features an Advanced Coaching with Groups certification from INSEAD and an INSEAD Coaching Certificate, complemented by an MFA from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) obtained in 2002.
