Kimberley Adkin

Kimberley Adkin is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience at Interfor since February 2014, currently serving as Vice President Human Resources. In previous roles, Kimberley has led talent management, total rewards, and recruitment functions, successfully aligning HR strategies with business goals. Kimberley's leadership has guided teams to develop competitive total rewards programs, implement HR technology, and enhance talent attraction and development initiatives. Prior to Interfor, Kimberley held positions at Hays Specialist Recruitment and SMART Options Supported Employment, contributing to recruitment, management, and employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. Kimberley holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce from the University of Guelph.
