Michelle Ricks

Michelle Ricks, MHRM, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Manager at Interfor since March 2021. Previously, Ricks held the role of Human Resources Manager at WestRock Company from 2017 to March 2021. Prior experience includes significant positions at Textron, where Ricks advanced from Human Resources Director for the TRU Simulation + Training business unit to Training and Development Manager for the Bell Flight business unit, as well as roles in project management, Six Sigma, and employee benefits within the Greenlee business unit. Ricks holds an MBA in Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, completed an Executive Leadership Program at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and earned a BBA in Accounting from the University of Central Arkansas.
