Alper O. began their work experience in 2013 at Hilton Hotels & Resorts as a member of the Information Technology team. Alper worked there from January to June 2013. Following this, in 2014, they joined TheFork, a TripAdvisor company, as a Resource and Delivery Lead. Alper held this role from June 2014 to January 2015.

Alper O. has a strong educational background with various degrees and certifications. In 2003, they obtained a High School Diploma in Mathematics and Science from Bilfen College. In 2007, they graduated from Maltepe University with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Engineering. Following this, they completed the Erasmus Exchange Program at Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2008-2009 and received a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Computer Science & Informatics.

In 2013-2014, Alper pursued a Master of Engineering Management degree from the University of Wollongong. Alper then continued their education at the University of Sydney Business School from 2014-2015, earning a Master of Science degree in Project Management.

Additionally, Alper has obtained several certifications to complement their education. In 2016, they became an AgilePM Practitioner through the PM-Partners group. Alper achieved further certifications including Google Analytics from Google in 2018, and Product Management Certificate from Product School, as well as UX & Product from Academy Xi, both in February 2019. Alper also holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in August 2019.
