Marcos Javier Quintas

Marcos Javier Quintas has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Marcos Javier currently works as a Front-End Engineer at Playwire since February 2022. Before that, they worked at Dynata for seven years from 2015 to 2022, where they held the position of Senior Research & Development Specialist. In this role, they were responsible for migrating the AngularJS dashboard to React, integrating UI and functionality between dashboards, and developing new features. Marcos Javier also worked on the complete redesign and refactor of the client dashboard for responsive design.

Prior to Dynata, Marcos worked at Despegar.com as a Software Engineer from 2012 to 2015. Marcos Javier started their career at CRS IT Consulting Argentina in 2008, where they held various roles. Marcos Javier was a IT Project Leader, leading web application development projects using Agile methodologies. Marcos Javier also served as the Coordinator of Software Factory, coordinating development projects with companies from Mexico, Uruguay, and Brazil. Marcos was actively involved in the process of obtaining ISO 9001:2008 certification and implementing the CMMI model. Marcos Javier also worked as a Functional Analyst/Programmer, involved in the analysis, design, and implementation of a comprehensive medical management system.

In 2007, Marcos worked as an IT Consultant at CRS-ITConsulting in Mexico. Their early career includes a position as a Natural Adabas Developer at ARBA from 2005 to 2007.Overall, Marcos Javier Quintas has gained extensive experience in front-end engineering, research and development, software engineering, project leadership, coordination, and analysis.

Marcos Javier Quintas attended the Universidad Tecnológica Nacional from 2003 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniero en Sistemas de Informacion with a field of study in Ingeniería de sistemas. In addition to their university education, they obtained several certifications. In December 2010, they acquired the HL7iberoam_v9 certification from HL7 internacional. Furthermore, in May 2008, Marcos obtained the IBM Certified Solution Developer - WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliances Firmware V3.6.1 certification from IBM, and in June 2009, they received the IBM WebSphere ILOG JRules 6.x Application Development certification, also from IBM.
