Roberto Manzano

Roberto Manzano has diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Solutions Engineer at Playwire, which they have held since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Jr. Solutions Engineer from January to July 2022 and as a Support Engineer from October 2021 to January 2022 at the same company.

Before joining Playwire, Roberto worked as a Teaching Assistant for the Web Development Diploma Program at BrainStation from June 2021 to October 2021. Roberto was also a BrainStation Full-Stack Developer Graduate from February 2021 to October 2021.

In the culinary industry, Roberto has experience working as a Cook II at Shula's America's Steak House from June 2018 to February 2021. At Shula's, they handled various stations and participated in special events. Roberto also trained and guided new hires.

Prior to that, Roberto worked as an Advanced Cook at Garden Grove, Swan and Dolphin Hotel from January 2017 to August 2017. Roberto supported chefs and leaders on their daily tasks and worked across different stations.

Roberto started as an Advanced Cook and quickly advanced to being in charge of the grilling station. Roberto also played a role in developing menus and special food offerings.

Roberto Manzano attended BrainStation in 2021, where they obtained a Full-Stack Web Developer Diploma in the field of Web Page, Digital/Multimedia, and Information Resources Design. Prior to that, they studied Culinary Management at Valencia College from 2016 to 2018. Beginning in 2010 and lasting until 2015, Roberto completed their education in Hospitality Management at Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra, specializing in the field of Hospitality.
