Sara Hjärtberg

Sara Hjärtberg has over 14 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) and People & Culture roles. Sara began their career in 2006 as a Customer Support at TeliaSonera. Sara then moved to Academic Work Sweden as a Consultant Manager Assistant and Marketing Coordinator. In 2008, they joined JENSEN education as an HR Coordinator. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at Humana AB as an HR Manager and Division Manager. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Lead HR Business Partner at DICE (EA Digital Illusions CE AB). During this time, they also worked as an HR Consultant at Wise Consulting AB. In 2019, they became the Head of People & Culture at MAG Interactive. Currently, they are the Chief People Officer and Head of HR at Intergiro.

Sara Hjärtberg obtained a Master's Degree in HR from Linköping University between 2004 and 2008. Sara also obtained a 60 hp in Kultur, samhälle och mediegestaltning from Linköping University between 2003 and 2004. In addition, they have obtained a Certified GDQ Consultant from GDQ Associates in May 2021, an ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in HR from ICAgile in February 2020, a Coaching Diploma from CoachCompanion in February 2018, an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from International Coaching Federation in March 2021, and MAP & Matrigma assessment tools/personality tests from Assessio.
