Prashant Motsara

Prashant Motsara is a legal professional with a strong background in corporate law and extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at InterGlobe Enterprises since June 2022, Prashant previously held positions as Senior Associate and Associate at Argus Partners between October 2021 and April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager and Manager in the Corporate Legal Group at ICICI Bank from July 2018 to September 2021, focusing on portfolios such as Custody, Capital Markets, Strategy and Investment, and Technology. Prashant holds a B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from The National University of Advanced Legal Studies in Kochi, completed in 2018, and attended Delhi Public School in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, from 2010 to 2012.
