Paul Murray

Paul Murray has extensive experience in information and communications technology, currently serving as the Deputy Head of ICT at the Independent Police Complaints Commission since December 2016, focusing on ICT strategy and transformation. Prior to this role, Paul held positions including ICT Services Manager at IPCC, where responsibilities included managing service and support teams, and overseeing third-party supplier performance in line with ITIL practices. Previous roles also include ICT Operations Manager at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and ICT Infrastructure & Support Manager at the London Borough of Havering, with early career experience as a network planner at British Telecom International. Paul holds a BTEC in Telecommunications and Data Systems from City & East London College.
