Vivian Charrière

Vivian Charrière has a diverse work experience spanning various financial and project management roles. Vivian currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at INTERHOLCO AG, a position they have held since June 2019. Prior to that, they were the Head of Controlling and Project Finance at the same company from November 2017 to May 2019.

Before joining INTERHOLCO AG, Vivian worked at INTERHOLCO AG / DANZER from May 2011 to October 2017 as a Financial Controller. In this role, they managed and ensured timely and accurate reporting activities for the African business subsidiaries. Vivian also monitored key performance indicators, costs, and business development impacts on financial performance, proposing corrective actions to senior management.

In this role, they delivered valuations and price recommendations on acquisition prospects and contributed to the integration of newly acquired participation in a major North American retail bank. Vivian also conducted economic research and reports focusing on MENA countries in the perspective of acquisitions.

Vivian began their career at Deloitte & Touche in September 2007 as an Audit Assistant Financial Services, where they gained experience in auditing financial services organizations.

Vivian Charrière pursued their education with a focus on business and economics. Vivian obtained a high school certificate in Applied Math & Physics from CESS Morges in 2002, followed by a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne in 2005. Vivian furthered their studies at the same institution and earned a Master of Science degree in Finance from 2005 to 2007. As part of an exchange program, they also spent a year at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin in 2006, studying Economics and Finance.
