Currently working at Genree OÜ as a Human Resources Supervisor and at Interim Agentuur Velström Vallner Tohver as an Executive Search Manager, Interim HR Manager, and Trainer. Helle also has past experience in companies like Olerex, Estonian Air Navigation Services, Holm Bank, Enterprise Estonia, Intelligentne Grupp OÜ, and SEB, where Helle held various management positions. Helle holds an MBA in Executive MBA and International Business Management from Estonian Business School and an MBA in Business Economy from TalTech – Tallinn University of Technology.
