Kailee Thorne's work experience begins in 2012 when they joined Wood Lake Publishing Inc. as the Marketing Director. Kailee held this position until 2016. In 2011, they also worked as a Sales Assistant at Len Fergie of Lamontagne Fundraising until 2018. From 2016 onwards, they began working at Interior Health Authority, initially as a Recruitment Assistant until 2021. Kailee then worked as a Recruiter from 2021 to 2022 and later as a Sourcing Coordinator from 2022 to 2022. In 2022, they became the Recruitment & Sourcing Lead until 2023. Currently, they are the Lead for Marketing, Sourcing, and Systems, starting from 2023.
