April Hartman

April Hartman serves as a Desk Officer in the Investigative Support Division of the Interior Office of Inspector General, managing the Investigative Analyst Program and facilitating communication between the OIG and various Department bureaus. Previous roles include Investigative Analyst and HR Specialist, where April supported complaint vetting and consulted on multiple HR programs. Earlier experience includes over 17 years at the U.S. Department of State, specializing in Executive Resources and Pay and Compensation Policy, and serving as a Foreign Service Specialist. April Hartman is pursuing a Master Certificate in Human Resources from Cornell University and has completed advanced training at the Inspector General Criminal Investigator Academy.
