Arta Dorafsha

Arta Dorafsha has a diverse work experience in both client success and systems engineering. They started their career as an IT Support Technician at Carollo Engineers in May 2018 and held the position until August 2021. In August 2021, they transitioned into a role as a Systems Engineer I at Interlaced.io, where they worked until November 2021. They then progressed to the position of a Systems Engineer II in November 2021 but remained in that role only until March 2022. From March 2022 to February 2023, Arta served as a Client Success Manager at Interlaced.io. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director of Client Success at Interlaced.io, starting from February 2023.

Arta Dorafsha obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Information Systems from San Diego State University, completing their studies from 2017 to 2021. In addition to their degree, Arta also obtained certifications in A+ from CompTIA in October 2022 and Addigy Certified Expert from Addigy in March 2022.
