Mariah Wild

Mariah Wild currently serves as the Director of Team Member Engagement at Interlachen Country Club, where responsibilities include leading human resources processes, developing recruitment and onboarding materials, overseeing employee wellness programs, and enhancing team engagement alongside department leaders. Prior to this role, Mariah held various positions at Target, including Executive Team Lead for Specialty Sales and Salesfloor and Grocery, managing operations and HR initiatives for multiple departments. Mariah began the professional journey at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire as a Student Development Representative and Trainer, focusing on fundraising and team training. Mariah holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
