Stoyan Nikolov

Stoyan Nikolov is an experienced building manager currently overseeing a busy Temporary Accommodation hostel in North-East London, managing 93 units and over 150 residents on behalf of Hackney Council through Interland Group. With a robust background in property management, Stoyan handles all aspects of residential property management, including rent collection, compliance with building regulations, and staff management. Prior to this role, Stoyan accumulated twelve years of experience in the construction industry, including landmark projects such as Wembley Stadium and the London Olympic Games, and co-managed a glazing company. Stoyan holds a Level 4 Diploma in Construction Management and various certifications in health and safety and access qualifications.
