Alexei Zamyatin has a diverse work experience. Alexei began their career in 2012 as a Conference Assistant at the United Nations Office at Vienna. In 2014, they became a Teaching Assistant at the Technische Universität Wien for Software Engineering and Project Management. The following year, they were a Teaching Assistant at Vienna University of Technology for Advanced Software Engineering and Requirements Engineering and Specification. In 2016, they were an Intern at Accenture for Technology Consulting and a Researcher at SBA Research. In 2017, they were a Research Assistant and Research Intern at Imperial College London Centre for Cryptocurrency Research and Engineering. Finally, in 2019, they became Co-Founder and CEO of Interlay, a company focused on decentralized Bitcoin finance.
Alexei Zamyatin has an extensive educational background. Alexei completed their Matura at Theresianische Akademie Wien in 2012. Alexei then went on to study Software and Information Engineering at Technische Universität Wien, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in 2015. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Software Engineering and Internet Computing from Technische Universität Wien in 2017. Currently, Alexei is pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at Imperial College London. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as IELTS Academic (8.5 / 9.0) from IELTS-BRITISH-COUNCIL in 2018, a European Business Competence* Licence (EBC*L) in 2010, and a Cambridge Certificate English (FCE) in 2009.
