Karen Kernaghan

Karen Kernaghan has extensive experience in property management and business development, currently serving as New Business Development and Property Manager at Intermark Management Corp since October 2017. Prior roles include Property Manager at Waypoint Residential and First Communities, where responsibilities included management and oversight of residential properties from August 2015 to September 2017 and July 2009 to July 2015, respectively. Additionally, Karen held the role of Leasing Consultant at Lincoln Property Company from July 2007 to July 2009, and Neighborhood Manager at Keystone Custom Homes from September 2004 to October 2006. Early in the career, Karen worked as a Leasing Consultant at United Residential Properties between June 2002 and August 2005. Karen holds a degree from Augusta State University.
