Michael Lively

Michael Lively has extensive experience in telecommunications and network services, currently serving as a Technician Voice at Intermax Networks since August 2022. Prior roles include Senior Technician at Black Box Network Services from February 2014 to August 2022, where Michael focused on delivering customer solutions and enhancing investment value. Earlier experience includes serving as a Technician - Master at NEC Corporation of America, providing high-level support for the voice network at the University of New Mexico, and roles at Integra Telecom and Intermedia/Share Technologies Fairchild that involved supporting large-scale communication systems. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology with a focus on Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Phoenix and has completed Cisco Networking Academy certification at Central New Mexico Community College.
