Ines Bouraoui

Ines Bouraoui is a seasoned professional in compliance and marketing, currently serving as the Global Head of Marketing and Client Relations Compliance at Intermediate Capital Group since September 2022. Prior to this role, Ines held several key positions at Blackstone, including Senior Vice President, Head of EMEA Distribution Compliance, and Vice President, Head of EMEA Distribution Compliance. Ines also served as Vice President of EMEA Compliance at BlackRock, focusing on Distribution Compliance for BlackRock Alternative Solutions. Further career highlights include roles as Compliance Manager at AXA Investment Managers and Compliance Advisory Manager at Aviva Investors, as well as positions at Legg Mason and Janus Henderson Investors. Ines began the career as a Junior Compliance Analyst at Ashmore.
