Philippe Deloffre

Philippe Deloffre is currently the Managing Director and Head of European real estate debt at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG). Prior to joining ICG in May 2020, Philippe worked as the Head of Real Estate Debt at BNP Paribas Asset Management from 2017 to 2020, and as the General Manager Real Estate Debt Funds at Acofi from 2013 to 2017. With a background in structured finance and corporate finance, Philippe has held various roles at companies such as CB Richard Ellis, ABN AMRO, and Commerzbank AG. Philippe holds a Master's degree in Corporate Finance from emlyon business school and a Master's degree in Business Law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
