Robert Mitchell

Robert Mitchell is the Vice President at INTERMEDIATE UNIT 1. Robert has over fifteen years of experience in the medical field, with a focus on administration and management.

Robert began their career in medical administration as the Practice Administrator for Manhattan's Physician Group. In this role, they managed the day-to-day operations of two multi-specialty primary care practices. Robert was responsible for supervising both clinical and clerical staff, as well as overseeing all aspects of patient care.

In 2006, Robert became the Director of Community Initiatives at The Brooklyn Hospital Center. In this role, they were responsible for developing and coordinating strategies and programs to achieve positive and productive relations between TBHC Family Health Centers and the community. Robert worked closely with executive and clinical leadership to develop community outreach goals and targets, and planned and implemented programs that promoted good will and fostered relationships with community leaders.

In 2010, Robert became the Healthcare Administrator for Preferred Health Partners. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's healthcare operations. Robert oversaw a team of doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, and was responsible for ensuring that all patients received high-quality care.
