Alan Duncan

Alan Duncan has been the Managing Director of InterMoor UK since 2009. He has worked in the mooring industry for over 15 years with Offshore Rentals and in senior positions at Balmoral Marine and International Mooring Systems (Craig Group), where he was the Managing Director and also held a main Board position. Alan originally started in the mooring industry as a service engineer maintaining and servicing equipment; he then specialised in the inspection part of the business and designed some of the current chain inspection units that are used around the world today. Involved with every aspect of the mooring industry, Alan constantly travels the world to ensure that the global sites of InterMoor have the best equipment and the latest information regarding their inspection and installation.
