Alicia Harker

Alicia Harker is an experienced professional in spiritual care and counseling, currently serving as the Regional Director of Spiritual Care and Mission Integration at Intermountain Health since October 2022, after accepting a promotion from an interim position. Previous roles include Manager of Spiritual Care at Lutheran Medical Center with SCL Health and Chaplain at St. Anthony Hospital with Centura Health. Alicia has also held positions such as Area Minister with the Trinity-Brazos Area of the Christian Church, Chaplain at UT Southwestern Medical Center, and Licensed Professional Counselor in various independent practices. Alicia holds a Master of Divinity from Brite Divinity School, a Master of Arts in Counseling Education from The University of Texas Permian Basin, and a Bachelor of Science in Christian Education from Texas Wesleyan University.
