Mark Hodgkinson

Mark Hodgkinson currently serves as the Director of Ambulatory Operations at Intermountain Health, leading the operations of over 40 pediatric specialty clinics and diagnostic services at the new Primary Children’s Hospital in Lehi, Utah. Responsibilities include enhancing patient experience, improving access, and fostering caregiver and physician engagement. Previous roles at Intermountain Health involved business operations management, continuous improvement consulting, and financial analysis. Prior to Intermountain, Mark held a managerial position at Dobson and Associates, where new training programs were developed, and HR policies were implemented. Initial work experience includes internships in news production and technical direction. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
