Mirka Normand is an experienced occupational therapist and certified hand therapist currently serving at Yale New Haven Health since October 2016, specializing in upper extremity assessment and treatment. Normand also contributes as a lecturer at MedBridge, focusing on continuing education for physical and occupational therapists regarding wrist instability. Additionally, Normand holds a faculty position at IAOM-US, co-creating and instructing certification courses in differential diagnosis and manual therapy for the upper quadrant. Previous roles include supervising the Hand Therapy Program at UnityPoint Health – Meriter and serving as Clinical Assistant Professor at Carroll University.
