Rajesh Maheshwari

Rajesh Maheshwari has extensive experience in quality assurance and accreditation across various sectors. Currently, Rajesh serves as an Executive Committee Member at Asia Pacific Accreditation Cooperation (APAC) since June 2023 and holds leadership roles at the International Accreditation Forum Inc as Chairperson of the Database Management Committee and Board Member since November 2022. As CEO of the National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies (NABCB) since August 2019, Rajesh oversees the accreditation of certification, inspection, and validation bodies. Previous roles include Director (Projects) and Joint Director at the Quality Council of India, and an Accreditation Officer at the National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL). Rajesh began a career in quality assurance at Haryana Leather Chemicals Ltd as an Assistant Manager. Rajesh holds an M.Sc. in Chemistry, an MBA in Marketing Management, and a B.Sc. (Honours) in Chemistry.
