Claude Muller has a diverse work experience that includes roles such as Senior Architect, Senior Member of Staff, and Development and Innovation Manager at companies like Hewlett-Packard, The Cooperative Group, and International Air Transport Association (IATA). Claude held various leadership positions, including Head of Enterprise Architecture and Head of New Distribution Capability at IATA. Claude's career began as a Research Fellow at the University of Strathclyde before transitioning into the corporate world.

Claude Muller completed a Maitrise Sciences et Techniques in Computer Sciences and Control from Université Henri Poincaré, Nancy 1 in 1989. Subsequently, they earned a DESS in Computer Sciences and Control from ISIAL in 1990. Claude then pursued a PhD in Computer Sciences from the University of Strathclyde, graduating in 1995. Finally, they completed an MBA in Innovation and Technology Management from The Open University in 2004.
