Jane Hoskisson

Jane Hoskisson has over two decades of experience in human resources, talent management, learning & development, and organizational effectiveness. Jane has held various roles at companies such as International Air Transport Association (IATA), bp, Chaucer Consulting, Genactis, Cable & Wireless Communications, and British American Tobacco. Jane's expertise includes designing and implementing learning strategies, leading organizational transformations, managing talent reviews and performance management, and improving diversity and inclusion initiatives. Jane'scareer highlights include leading the implementation of a Learning Management System, developing structured capability frameworks, and overseeing successful organizational change programs.

Jane Hoskisson completed their Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Business & German from Aston University from 1991 to 1995. Jane then went on to obtain their MBA (Hons) from EDHEC Business School in 2001. Jane later pursued their MSc in HR Management & Development from the School of Social Sciences at Nottingham Trent University from 2007 to 2010.
