Bruce Witt

Bruce Witt is an experienced instructor for the International Association of Assessing Officers and the Assessors Association of Pennsylvania, specializing in Income classes and continuing education. In addition, Bruce serves as a Commercial Supervisor at Tyler Technologies and holds the position of Corporate Broker of Record at Vantage Resort Realty, overseeing operations in Maryland and Delaware. Bruce's extensive background also includes serving as an Ordained Minister at Worldwide Bible Fellowship and working as a Supervisor and Real Property Evaluator for the City of Philadelphia. Bruce has taught Prelicensing classes for Weichert Real Estate School and has experience in the insurance sector as a Team Leader with RB Insurance, LLC. Bruce is currently pursuing a Master of Science in GIS at Northwest Missouri State University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
