Sarah Noakes

Sarah Noakes is a seasoned professional in digital technology and learning management, currently serving as the Manager of Digital Technology at the International Association of Assessing Officers (IAAO) since June 2019. In this role, Sarah leads transformative tech initiatives and has successfully orchestrated the transition to new systems using tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Basecamp. Previous experience includes serving as Learning Technology Manager at IAAO, where significant contributions were made to education platform optimization and system integration. Prior to IAAO, Sarah worked as an Education & Credentialing Associate at the American Public Works Association, where automation efforts significantly improved efficiency, and as a System Analyst at Cerner Corporation, focusing on testing and strategy documentation. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in General Studies with an emphasis in Business Communication from Fort Hays State University and an Associate of Science in Health Information Systems from Johnson County Community College.
