Ryan Brandt has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan started their career at California State University-Dominguez Hills as a Senior Editor, where they led a team in producing publications and worked closely with the Art Department. Ryan then became a Freelance writer and editor, writing for numerous national magazines and publications and managing their own small business. Ryan joined Hawthorn Creative next and held different roles, including Content Director, Director of Strategy & Content Marketing, and Editor. In these positions, they managed content marketing projects for major clients, grew the number of accounts, and led successful marketing campaigns. Currently, Ryan is the Director of Digital Experience at the International Association of Privacy Professionals, where they lead the strategy for the association's website, focusing on content, product, engagement, branding, and localization. Their goal is to drive revenue and enhance member engagement on a global scale.
Ryan Brandt attended the University of New Hampshire from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. During their time at university, they also pursued minors in Business Administration and English.
