Kevin D. Foley

Kevin D. Foley is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience at Boeing Space & Launch since 1989. As Program Director for Commercial Space Projects, Kevin oversees the commercial development and execution of low Earth orbit opportunities, including private astronaut missions and utilization of the International Space Station. Kevin co-founded the Boeing Technology in Space Program, which awards grants to startups, and has held various leadership roles, including Global Sales Marketing Director and Product Development Manager, focusing on space exploration initiatives. In addition, Kevin is a co-founder of the Genes in Space competition, an executive committee member for the International Space Station Research & Development Conference, and serves as Chairman of the Human Spaceflight Committees for the International Astronautical Federation. Kevin began their career at McDonnell Douglas as a Flight Operations Engineer and holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
