Guillermo Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as a Manager at Magna International since December 2017 and as a Plant Operations Manager at IAC Group since January 2016. Previously, Guillermo held the position of Master Black Belt & Operations at Lear Corporation from January 2006 to November 2014. With a strong commitment to human capital development and high integrity, Guillermo excels in leading operations with managerial responsibilities encompassing cost, quality, delivery, supply chain, and production.
