Juan Farias

Juan Farias, MBA, has an extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Some of their notable positions include being the VP of Operations for IAC Group, where they oversee operations in Arlington and Mexico. Juan also served as the Global Head of Business Unit for Aluminum High-Pressure Die Casting at Bocar Group, responsible for ensuring business growth and profitability. At Faurecia, Juan held multiple roles, including Vice President & General Manager of the Mexico Regional Business Unit and Managing Director of Faurecia Sistemas Automotrices de México. Juan also served as the General Manager for FHIM México, reporting to the Members of the Managing Board. Prior to that, Juan worked as a General Manager for Bombardier and SMP Automotive Global. Juan has also held advisory and management positions at Universidad Politécnica Metropolitana de Puebla, UPAEP, and Schaeffler/LuK Puebla. Throughout their career, Juan has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managing operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, finance, and human resources.

Juan Farias, MBA, has a strong educational background, starting with their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad de las Américas Puebla, which they obtained from 1991 to 1995. Juan then pursued a High School diploma at Colegio Americano de Puebla, A.C. from 1988 to 1991, followed by an Elementary School education at Colegio Cristobal Colón - Lomas Verdes from 1977 to 1986.

After their undergraduate studies, they went on to earn a Diploma in Advanced Business Programme from Nelson Mandela University in 1999 to 2000. Later, Juan pursued two Master's degrees simultaneously, one in Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business from 2002 to 2004, and another from Tecnológico de Monterrey in the same field from 2002 to 2004.

In 2016 to 2018, Juan furthered their education at London Business School, completing a Diploma - IGNITE; Senior Executive Transformation Program. This program focused on fields of study such as Curiosity, Transformation, Innovation, and Leading People and Teams.
