Paula Slater

Paula Slater has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Paula currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at IAC Group since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at ZF Group as Director of HR Top Management and Global Diversity Leader from March 2021 to October 2023, and as HR Leader Americas, Commercial Vehicle Control Systems from June 2020 to March 2021. Before that, they served as HR Leader Americas at WABCO from November 2017 to June 2020, and as Vice President of Human Resources at Techniplas from March 2017 to September 2017. Paula also held the role of Vice President of Human Resources Flat Glass at Guardian Industries from March 2014 to March 2017. Earlier in their career, they were the Director of Human Resources at SRG Global, Inc. from May 2011 to March 2014, HR & Legal Director for Latin America at Guardian Industries from April 2007 to May 2011, and Legal and Human Resources Manager at Guardian Industries (Mexico Facility) from July 2005 to April 2007. Paula Slater started their career as an Associate in Corporate Law at CBS Abogados - Canseco, Saldana, Escobedo from July 2002 to July 2005. Paula also has teaching experience, having worked as a Teacher at Universidad Contemporanea from January 2003 to June 2004.
