Rick Gill

Rick Gill has extensive experience in the automotive industry, having served as a Senior Tooling Engineer at International Automotive Components since November 1998, focusing on part design and tooling feasibility. Previous roles include Tooling Engineer at Lear Corporation from 1998 to 2007, where Rick contributed to the design of interior components and ensured tooling feasibility. Earlier experience encompasses work as a plastic injection tool maker/designer/process tech at various tool shops in the metro Detroit area from 1979 to 1997, designing and building injection molds for diverse components. Additionally, Rick held the position of Plant Manager at Neumann Engineering from 1990 to 1996, overseeing operations at a Tier 1 supplier of automotive lighting. Rick holds two associate degrees in Applied Sciences from Macomb Community College and Oakland Community College, completed between 1980 and 1983.
