E-Hern Chang

E-Hern Chang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and application development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Business Intelligence at the International Baccalaureate since November 2012. In this role, E-Hern leads a team of eight, focusing on applications development, support services, and SharePoint team site adoption while managing vendor relationships to ensure project quality. Prior experience includes a lead consultant role at NCS Group, where E-Hern analyzed the enterprise architecture for the Ministry of Law in Singapore, as well as significant contributions to large-scale housing projects in Australia and Singapore. E-Hern holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Bachelor in Computer Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
