Eileen Freely Baker is an experienced educational leader with a career spanning several decades in international school settings. Currently serving as an IB Workshop Leader and Educational Consultant for the International Baccalaureate since 1999, Eileen has held significant roles at various prestigious institutions. Notably, Eileen was the Founding Head of School at Pine Street School, where responsibilities included teacher training in the IB Primary Years Program (PYP) and engaging parents in curriculum education. As Director of Education at Isikkent School, Eileen led curriculum design based on IB frameworks and improved the Early Childhood division using the Reggio Emilia model. Other key positions include Academic Director at Sekolah Global Indo-Asia, where Eileen modernized educational programs, and Deputy Head at both Luanda International School and Istanbul International Community School, focusing on curriculum expansion and teacher development.
