Donna Canty

Donna Canty has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being HR Director at the International Bar Association since 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior HR Manager at Nelson Bakewell Ltd from 2004 to 2005. From 2003 to 2004, they served as an HR Manager at Williams Lea Ltd and was responsible for various HR processes and projects. Donna also held the position of European HR Manager at Teleglobe Communications Corporation from 2000 to 2002, where they established a professional HR function and managed various HR initiatives. Before that, they worked as an European HR Manager at Systems Union Ltd from 1993 to 2000, where they implemented HR policies and procedures and led important HR initiatives. Donna's career in HR began at Nationwide Building Society where they served as an HR Administrator/Coordinator from 1984 to 1991.

Donna Canty attended the College for the Distributive Trades, Central London from 1988 to 1992. During this time, they pursued a degree in Human Resources and successfully achieved an MCIPD qualification.
