Fabrizio Paratore

Fabrizio Paratore is a highly experienced legal professional and academic, co-founding Paratore & Partners Law Firm in 2007, which continues a legal tradition dating back to 1951 and offers diverse legal services globally. As the founder of the Italian Aviation Lawyers (IAVL) since 2018, Fabrizio also actively participates in the International Bar Association's Agricultural Law Section and serves as Coordinator of the ICC Italia Food Commission. With a significant academic presence, Fabrizio lectures at LUISS Guido Carli University in both Food Law and Business and Company Law. Additionally, Fabrizio holds the position of Maritime Lawyer for Protection & Indemnity Clubs and has been the Vice President of the Ettore Paratore Foundation since 2007, promoting research in human sciences. Education credentials include an LL.M. from Loyola Law School and a law degree from Sapienza Università di Roma, complemented by a Master in Corporate Law from 24ORE Business School.
