Khoa D. is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Legal Intern focused on Crimes against Humanity in North Korean Detention Centers with the International Bar Association and as the Founder and General Director of HEGE VIETNAM. Khoa also holds positions as an International Law and Human Rights Intern at the Geneva International Centre for Justice and an IELTS Invigilator at IDP Education Ltd. Academic contributions include serving as a University Lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences & Humanities, teaching various courses in international relations and political science. Khoa’s previous roles encompass internships at the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia and International Bridges to Justice, as well as leadership experience with the Pacific Forum. Education includes a Graduate Diploma of Law from BPP Law School and a Master of Science in Asian Politics from SOAS University of London, complemented by a strong foundation in political science and international development from McGill University.
