Leonardo Raznovich is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion, human rights, and legal education. Currently serving as the Diversity and Inclusion Officer for the International Bar Association since January 2018, Leonardo leads initiatives to enhance inclusivity within the Forum and spearheaded the development of the "E-Challenge" online training tool. As Vice-Chair of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Intersex Law Committee and a barrister at Bedlington Chambers, Leonardo actively contributes to advancing LGBTI rights. Previous roles include research assistant at the Inter-American Institute of Human Rights, visiting senior research fellow at Canterbury Christ Church University, law lecturer at Cayman Islands Law School, and director at Perceva Ltd, among others. Academically, Leonardo holds a D.Phil. in Comparative Law from the University of Oxford and an LL.M. from Harvard Law School.
