Allan Malvar

Allan Malvar is currently the Managing Director at the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) since September 2006. Prior to this, Allan held the position of Global Head of Communications at MTS Group from 2000 to 2006. Allan oversees Membership, Communications, and Education at ICMA.
