Anouck Willering

Anouck Willering has a diverse work experience in different industries. Anouck began their career in 2018 as a Front Office Medewerker at Hotel FINN, where they worked until April 2019. In May 2019, they joined International Card Services (ICS) as a Credit Controller, responsible for finding suitable solutions for both ICS and customers with payment delays. Anouck also had an internship at ICS in Business Process Optimization from September to December 2020. Currently, Anouck works as a Stream Lead Data Analytics at Operations Control Center in ICS.

Anouck Willering began their education at the Oostvaarders College from 2011 to 2017, where they obtained their VWO diploma with a field of study in NT&NG. Anouck then attended the University of Amsterdam from 2018 to 2021, earning their Bachelor's degree in Business administration/Bedrijfskunde/Business management/Bedrijfsmanagement. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Digital Business (BA) at the University of Amsterdam from 2021 to 2023.

In terms of certifications, Anouck obtained a Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt from the Lean Six Sigma Groep in October 2020. In October 2019, they completed the Leergang Bestrijding witwassen en terrorismefinanciering at the Nederlands Compliance Instituut. Furthermore, in April 2016, they acquired the Lengua y cultura hispana Nivel B1 certification from Enforex - Learn Spanish in Spain and Latin America. It is worth noting that Anouck also pursued additional education at Dukers & Baelemans in 2019, obtaining certifications in WFT Basis and WFT Adviseur Consumptief Krediet, although the end years are not provided.
