Kelen Meregali serves as a Senior Program Manager at the International Center for Transitional Justice since January 2011, responsible for identifying and resolving operational challenges, proposing planning cycles, and enhancing processes across departments. Kelen has held various roles within ICTJ, including Program Manager, Program Associate, and Brazil Project Coordinator, showcasing expertise in budget management, event coordination, and project execution in transitional justice. Additionally, Kelen has experience as a Consultant and National Mobilizer for UNDP and as an Advisor Assistant for the Brazilian Amnesty Commission. Early career experience includes project coordination with the Green Planet Institute and administrative support at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Kelen holds a Master’s Degree in International Public Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, complemented by a fellowship from Columbia University focused on human rights.
